School Immunisation Team – Flu Vaccinations
Please read the letter below from the School Immunisation Team regarding this years’ Flu Vaccination programme.
The nursing team will be visiting Broadoak Academy on Thursday, 28th November.
Please complete the e-consent form via the link in the letter whether you want your child to receive the vaccination or not. The nursing team request that this form is completed as soon as possible.
