‘Inspiring’ Judge offers legal insights to Weston students

Students from Weston’s Winterstoke Hundred Academy, Broadoak Academy, and Hans Price Academy were up in front of a judge recently!

The students were not up for sentencing; instead, they Judge Liz Johnson gave an inspiring talk to students about career pathways into law and the judiciary, while sharing with students her legal expertise. 

Claire Kelly, Assistant Principal at Winterstoke Hundred Academy, said: “Judge Liz Johnson’s talk was not only enlightening but also incredibly inspiring for our students. Her passion for justice and her journey into the judiciary served as a powerful motivator for our aspiring legal minds.”
