H&C – Yr10 – Term 1-6 Planner- 26-27

Please see attached the Y10 Hospitality & Catering cooking practical & theory schedule for 2026-2027.

You child will be required to bring along the ingredients and a container (with student name on) each week according to the schedule.

Please make sure and chilled ingredients are brought to E7 and placed inside the student fridges (with student name on).
