Year 11 GCSE Update

Dear Parents and Carers,

As we move into the examination period, we would like to share a small number of important reminders.

GCSE Exams – Important Information

As examinations have begun, it is vital that families have read the Exam Conduct information carefully to ensure you and our Y11 students are fully prepared and understand expectations of their exams:

Exam Conduct Form: Exam Information for Candidates, GCSE exams 2026.  – Fill in form

Y11 Bespoke Timetable

Students have also received their first bespoke examination timetable for the week ahead. These timetables have been carefully curated for each individual student to ensure that revision sessions, interventions and core lessons work alongside their examination schedule, rather than competing with it.

100% attendance at these sessions is vital, as they are specifically designed to support exam performance, reduce unnecessary disruption across the day and make best use of the limited time available during the exam period.

An overview of the Week 1 arrangements can be accessed here:

Prom Consent & Prom Shop

All families are required to complete the Prom Consent Form, regardless of whether final prom eligibility decisions have been confirmed. Completion of the form does not guarantee attendance but ensures we have the necessary permissions in place.

For prom planning, please note the following:

Thank you for your continued support as we enter this important stage of the academic year.
