House Championships 2026

Dear Parents/Carers,

I would like to share with you our events for the Term 1 House Competition Cup. This is a new cup for the academic year and will see students compete and support their peers in several events.

The Competition Cup will run alongside the Sports Cup, Community Rose Bowl, House Point Shield, Enrichment Trophy and the Above and Beyond plate.

The aim of this trophy is to allow students to showcase their skills in several competitions and bring some weekly fun to the school week.

Please see below the competitions for Term 1 and we hope you will encourage your child/children to take part in one of the events. The first competition started today, and the students (and staff)  were absolutely loving the challenge!

We will also be celebrating the winning house in a slightly different way this year, with the house champions being rewarded on the last academic day. The reward will be in the form of an inflatable fun park on the field (finals day). We feel this will be a good prize to motivate students to try and win points and each of the trophies.

Broadoak will also be opening its reward shop later in Term 1, where students will get to spend their positive points from this academic year on items of their choice. Please see below the poster that is being shared with students in this week’s assembly.
